Welcome to Cha-Ching! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Cha-Ching mobile application ("App") operated by Visual Globe LLC ("we," "our," or "us"). By using our App, you agree to these Terms.

01Description of Service

Cha-Ching is a social app that allows friends to create and track friendly wagers using virtual chips. The App is designed for entertainment purposes only. No real money is involved in any bets or transactions within the App.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use this App. By using the App, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement.

03Account Registration

To use the App, you must create an account using Google Sign-In or Apple Sign-In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activities that occur under your account.

04Virtual Currency

The App uses virtual "chips" as a scoring mechanism. These chips:

• Have no real-world monetary value
• Cannot be exchanged for real money or goods
• Cannot be transferred outside of the App
• Are provided for entertainment purposes only

05User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any illegal purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Create bets involving illegal activities
• Attempt to manipulate or cheat the system
• Share inappropriate or offensive content
• Impersonate other users or entities

06Room Administration

Room administrators have the authority to manage their rooms, including inviting members, settling bets, and removing users. Administrators are responsible for ensuring fair play within their rooms.

07Intellectual Property

The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Visual Globe LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

08Disclaimer

THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

09Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Visual Globe LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the App.

10Account Termination

You may delete your account at any time through the Profile section of the App. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. For more information, visit our Account Deletion page.

11Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
